The 2025 NextGen Fellowship Program brought together next-generation family leaders, change-makers and global stewards for an immersive weekend of dialogue, learning and connection. Through curated keynotes, participants explored leadership, stewardship and purpose, equipping the next generation to navigate a rapidly evolving world with confidence.

The Forum unfolded across two days. Day One (Saturday, 15 November) opened with a guided walk and nature immersion at the Botanic Gardens, where mentors shared reflections on resilience, leadership and stewardship, followed by an afternoon of reflections and a case study at NTU One-North — including the Synergos session on inner discovery and dialogue and a curated peer-to-peer matching session. Day Two (Sunday, 16 November) centred on Global Stewardship keynotes at the Shangri-La Hotel, a featured session with Mr. Tan Chuan-Jin, concluding reflections, and a Charity Gala at Marina Bay Sands celebrating generosity and purpose.
Shared experiences: Guided walks, nature immersion and small-group dialogue at the Botanic Gardens and NTU One-North fostered authentic connection, self-awareness and a sense of shared discovery among participants.
Global stewardship: Curated keynotes from leaders including Loa Haagen Pictet, Helen Zhang, Professor Alan Short and E. Melisa Sabancı Tapan, plus a featured session with Mr. Tan Chuan-Jin, offered transformative insights on leadership and responsibility.
Purpose and impact: Reflective sessions, peer matching and the Charity Gala at Marina Bay Sands connected participants around generosity and purpose, inspiring meaningful contributions to causes that drive lasting change worldwide.
